Description
Use
Bonding of hardened elements
- As a fixing of prefabricated elements in facades, assembly of composite structural elements (beams, stairs, railings).
- Rigid filling for thin joints.
Glue building materials
- Rigid union of concrete elements, fiber cement, steel, iron, aluminum, marble, stone, wood, glass, ceramics, polyester or epoxy resin pieces, porcelain, large format ceramics, etc.
Anchors
- Such as bolts, built-in machinery, supports and braces on vertical or overhead surfaces.
Repair of structures
- Cavity filling, poor vibration, in structures, edge and corner recovery, rigid sealing of cracks in slabs, walls and channels.
Redesign of structures
- Adhesive for steel elements to concrete structures in order to obtain a structural element with greater load capacity.
Covering
- High wear and erosion resistance finish, for example in hydraulic structures such as loading tunnels, landfills, canals, etc.
Advantages
- Easy to apply
- High mechanical, abrasion and impact resistance.
- Due to its consistency, it allows for compensation of tolerances in the dimensions of the pieces to be joined, as well as working on vertical or overhead surfaces.
- Good adhesion even on wet surfaces.
- Exceptional chemical resistance against water, oil, gasoline, salt solutions, dilute acids and alkalis, as well as waste water.
- No harmful effect on the materials that make up the joined parts.
- It does not contain solvents or volatile components.
- Easy to dose – component ratio (A : B = 2 : 1) by volume
